Preparing for my first interview in 4 months

It has been 4 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. The role is similar to my old job as a security officer. How do you prepare answers?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.
