I have an interview on Tuesday and my stomach is in knots. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. What calms you down?

Ask about the first ninety days. It shows you are thinking about the work.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
