Preparing for my first interview in 4 months - 4 months and counting

It has been 4 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
