Preparing for my first interview in 4 months - 18 weeks in

I have an interview on Wednesday and my stomach is in knots. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The role is similar to my old job as a welding apprentice. What calms you down?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
