Preparing for my first interview in 4 months - 14 weeks in

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I want to come across as confident and honest. Any questions to ask at the end?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
