Preparing for my first interview in 4 months - 11 weeks in

It has been 4 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. It has been a long 11 weeks. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. What calms you down?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
