Preparing for my first interview in 3 months - what worked for you?

It has been 3 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I am in Honolulu, in case local advice matters. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
