Preparing for my first interview in 3 months - what worked for you?

I have an interview on Thursday and my stomach is in knots. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I want to come across as confident and honest. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
