Preparing for my first interview in 3 months (update)

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The role is similar to my old job as a recruiter. How do you prepare answers?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.
