Preparing for my first interview in 3 months after 6 years as a quality inspector

It has been 3 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. What calms you down?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.
