Preparing for my first interview in 3 months after 5 years as an accounts payable clerk

It has been 3 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. Any experience at all would help. The role is similar to my old job as an accounts payable clerk. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
