Preparing for my first interview in 3 months after 12 years as a social media manager

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. Any experience at all would help. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. Any questions to ask at the end?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
