Preparing for my first interview in 3 months, administrative assistant here

I have an interview on Monday and my stomach is in knots. It has been a long 14 weeks. The role is similar to my old job as an administrative assistant. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
