Preparing for my first interview in 3 months

I have an interview on Friday and my stomach is in knots. It has been weighing on me all week. The role is similar to my old job as a line cook. How do you prepare answers?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
