Preparing for my first interview in 3 months

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. It has been a long 15 weeks. The role is similar to my old job as a janitorial supervisor.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
