Preparing for my first interview in 3 months

I have an interview on Friday and my stomach is in knots. I am in Jacksonville, in case local advice matters. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
