Preparing for my first interview in 3 months - 3 months and counting

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The role is similar to my old job as a production planner.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
