Preparing for my first interview in 3 months - 3 months and counting

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. Any experience at all would help. The role is similar to my old job as a copywriter. How do you prepare answers?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
