Preparing for my first interview in 3 months - 15 weeks in

I have an interview on Wednesday and my stomach is in knots. I worked as a bookkeeper before this. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.
