Preparing for my first interview in 3 months

It has been 3 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. It has been a long 5 weeks. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.
