Preparing for my first interview in 2 months - first time posting

I have an interview on Thursday and my stomach is in knots. I worked as a sales associate before this. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Ask about the first ninety days. It shows you are thinking about the work.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
