Preparing for my first interview in 2 months after 4 years as a call-centre agent

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. What calms you down?

Ask about the first ninety days. It shows you are thinking about the work.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
