Preparing for my first interview in 2 months after 15 years as an IT help-desk technician

It has been 2 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The role is similar to my old job as an IT help-desk technician.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
