Preparing for my first interview in 2 months - 25 weeks in

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I worked as a warehouse supervisor before this. The role is similar to my old job as a warehouse supervisor. How do you prepare answers?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
