Preparing for my first interview in 14 months - what worked for you?

It has been 14 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. The role is similar to my old job as a recruiter. How do you prepare answers?

Prepare three stories with a clear beginning, action and result, and adapt them to the questions.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
