Preparing for my first interview in 14 months - what worked for you?

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. Thank you in advance. The role is similar to my old job as an electrician's helper. What calms you down?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
