Preparing for my first interview in 14 months - what worked for you?

I have an interview on Tuesday and my stomach is in knots. Any experience at all would help. The role is similar to my old job as a retail manager. How do you prepare answers?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
