Preparing for my first interview in 14 months (update)

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The role is similar to my old job as a medical assistant. Any questions to ask at the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
