Preparing for my first interview in 14 months, logistics coordinator here

It has been 14 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I worked as a logistics coordinator before this. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
