Preparing for my first interview in 14 months (Little Rock)

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I am in Little Rock, in case local advice matters. The role is similar to my old job as a home health aide. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
