Preparing for my first interview in 14 months - first time posting

It has been 14 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I want to come across as confident and honest. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
