Preparing for my first interview in 14 months - any advice?

It has been 14 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I want to come across as confident and honest. How do you prepare answers?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
