Preparing for my first interview in 14 months after 9 years as a security officer

I have an interview on Friday and my stomach is in knots. Any experience at all would help. I want to come across as confident and honest. How do you prepare answers?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
