Preparing for my first interview in 14 months after 16 years as an event coordinator

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I want to come across as confident and honest. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
