Preparing for my first interview in 14 months after 10 years as a dental hygienist

It has been 14 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Ask about the first ninety days. It shows you are thinking about the work.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
