Preparing for my first interview in 14 months

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. Any experience at all would help. The role is similar to my old job as a web developer. Any questions to ask at the end?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
