Preparing for my first interview in 14 months

It has been 14 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Ask about the first ninety days. It shows you are thinking about the work.
