Preparing for my first interview in 14 months - 14 months and counting

It has been 14 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I worked as an office manager before this. The role is similar to my old job as an office manager. What calms you down?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
