Preparing for my first interview in 14 months - 14 months and counting

It has been 14 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. What calms you down?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
