Preparing for my first interview in 13 months (update)

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I am in Wichita, in case local advice matters. The role is similar to my old job as a procurement assistant. What calms you down?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
