Preparing for my first interview in 13 months - any advice?

I have an interview on Monday and my stomach is in knots. The role is similar to my old job as a quality inspector. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
