Preparing for my first interview in 13 months

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The role is similar to my old job as an administrative assistant. What calms you down?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
