Preparing for my first interview in 13 months - 8 weeks in

I get tongue-tied when I am asked about my weaknesses. Any experience at all would help. The role is similar to my old job as a forklift operator. What calms you down?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
