Preparing for my first interview in 12 months - what worked for you?

It has been 12 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The role is similar to my old job as a medical assistant. How do you prepare answers?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
