Preparing for my first interview in 12 months (update)

It has been 12 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have practised answers but they sound stiff. How do you prepare answers?

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
