Preparing for my first interview in 12 months (Spokane)

It has been 12 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The role is similar to my old job as an HR coordinator. How do you prepare answers?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
