Preparing for my first interview in 12 months - any advice?

It has been 12 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The role is similar to my old job as a software tester. What calms you down?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
