Preparing for my first interview in 12 months - any advice?

I have an interview on Friday and my stomach is in knots. Thank you in advance. The role is similar to my old job as a retail manager. What calms you down?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.
