Preparing for my first interview in 12 months after 4 years as an administrative assistant

It has been 12 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. It has been a long 22 weeks. The role is similar to my old job as an administrative assistant.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
