Preparing for my first interview in 12 months after 14 years as an IT help-desk technician

It has been 12 months since my last interview and I feel rusty. I want to come across as confident and honest. What calms you down?

I record myself on my phone and listen back. The second try is always better than the first.

Arrive early, drink water and take a slow breath before you walk in. It sounds simple but it helps.
